I came across this subject in another thread and I decided to start a discussion.

How important parallels and c-parallels in this kind of chart are in your opinion?
Any experiences/observations to share?
Is comparing natal to composite declinations a thing?

And now time for some self-interest What do you think about this?
cMoon parallel cSaturn (its dispositor), 21 minutes
cMoon is the ASC ruler
my Saturn parallel cMoon by 6 minutes (and conjunct, btw)
his Saturn parallel cIC, 24 minutes

Anomaling around since 1911.

Bbbump. I'm wondering the same general thing as well as specifically curious about Moon contraparallel Saturn as we have this to the minute in our Davison composite, as well as Mars parallel Venus... oh heck here you go:

Moon 19'45 N
Venus 19'15 S
Mars 18'29 S
Saturn 19'45 S
Sun 18'34 S

I think somebody was mentioning that when these are globbed together the orb doesn't matter as much because like a glob of jelly when you stick something in the whole thing wobbles? Something like that?

With my ex our composite saturn parallels both of our natal moons exact, talk about emotional glue.

Hmm, so i guess your moons were parallel also? Yes that does sound very binding! This is all parallel my natal Sun which is 18'5 S... My Jupiter is at 19'56 N.

The closest significant stuff he's got to this mash-up is his POF at 18'30 N (do we even count declinations with Parts?) and his Venus is at 20'53 S (not sure this really ties in).

Still wondering if anybody thinks they matter. I'm guessing yes. Moon contraparallel Saturn exact seems so... intense.

Yes saturn moon aspect glues so yes it matters. I imagine saturn feels responsable for protecting moon's heart or perhaps it could also be about saturn teaching moon emotional resilience.

I think declinations do give another emphasis. However, the original synastry and composite need to be strong for it to really matter.
