I find it extremely difficult to communicate with this person on a lot of topics. It gets very annoying constanly feeling blocked to express certain subjects, them also I believe.
Bad part of it all is that this opposition also squares Neptune, on both natals.

Luckily there is some kind of mutual appreciation & understanding through feelings.. but I feel it is not often enough for a healthy relationship

I have that aspect with someone. I think non verbal communication works better.

Why not? I have a dw opposition with Mr.Uranus and we can literally talk for hours, we have similar interests and interests that arent that similar,and we really enjoy listening to each other, learning from each other and discussing things. Also a telepathic communication big time.

I also believe it can work lovely, but when realistic conversations begin things just go crazy.
It's like we only want to live in a dream bubble.. and that bubble obviously bursts from time to time.

I guess the squares to Neptune don't help much. or maybe there's some other aspect that intensifies this
