ADD: OK so I checked and AMOR,VALENTINE, and Southnode aspects seem to be the consistent factors for me BUT JUNO seems to play a big role for the guys.

SOLAR RETURN for year I met my EX, 2001: I had SUN conjunct KAALI and MOON conjunct AMOR, I also had a Valentine-Osiris-Southnode conjunction @2d in Cap. He had a valentine-Isis-Osiris stellium and Southnode conjunct Chiron plus his SR Juno conjuncted my natal Venus-Mars.

SOLAR RETURN for year I met my HUSBAND, 2007: I had Jupiter conjunct TNP-Cupido and VALENTINE-URANUS-AMOR stellium plus an Isis-southnode-osiris stellium.

SOLAR RETURN for year I met Mr.Aqua, 2011: I had an EXACT YOD between SUN sextile AMOR inconjunct NEPTUNE all @28d. I also had a Valentine-Pholus-Northnode Stellium and an exact EROS-SOUTHNODE conjunction. I had VENUS conjunct PRIAPUS and VENUS and SATURN conjunct JUNO. I did get married that year too though and my ex reached out to me which is rare so 3 soulmates in one year.

Mr. Aqua's SR Juno conjuncted exact my SUN.

My Ex SR Priapus-JUNO was conjuncting my natal TNP-CUPIDO and his SR VENUS-TNP CUPIDO were conjuncting exact my natal SOUTHNODE. Further my SR Juno-Saturn was cojuncting my ex natal venus-juno-pluto stellium.

That year my husband's SR had Saturn-Venus-Juno stellium conjuncting my SR Saturn-Juno in Libra all falling in both of our SR 1st house, no wonder I went through with the wedding, all this in combo with Transit Jupiter conjuncting my natal Juno.

I think you are inclined to fall in love with a place on a Venus line. Understand there is a a Venus IC/MC LINE AND A DSC/ASC LINE plus what is called a direction line. I am unaware or astro.coms offerrings.
If u fall in love with a place you will likely find/attract a person because you are radiating love as a reflection of what you feel there.
If you have never used a free trial of JANUS4.3 and have a windows computer,, you can get a lot of use out of it in 30 days.
Great astrolocality in that program.
