Totally. My twin and stepdaughter have this 1º. They get each other on a profound level. I think it helped tremendously, that they've always had a great relationship.

Years ago, when he and I had ended our relationship, she was deeply saddened. Only being nine at the time, she was very vocal in her emotional expression. 'But you're best friends!' she shouted at the top of her shrill voice; the pain was unmistakeable.

I wonder, were it not for her, how much we would've tried to maintain a friendship, rather than solely professional relationship? Or it might've been a combination. He's always been very appreciative of her, but he never really connected to anyone. He had the most luck with kids, though, playing the 'kindly uncle' role. Sharing stories of Hollyweird, making up his own, and letting his 5H MOON shine, being a big kid himself.

But as she's matured, and the relationship has continued throughout, he's stayed a very active part of her life, in this capacity. They definitely have a real connexion. I can safely say, more so with any other kids he knows -- the children of his few close friends. They certainly share some of the same tastes, understanding of things, in a way that her father absolutely doesn't get. I think that's the PSYCHE.

I like to consider myself an honorary member of the crowd, with my ASC there.
