This is synastry question. What if someone's Sun, Mercury, Juno, Nessus and Lucifer are in my 8th house, and my Vertex conjuncts his Mercury. Our 5th and 7th house are empty, but his Uranus is in my 12th house.
I have strange feeling, like I know him whole my life, like I can read him without he said a word. Like we have some unexplainable connection.

What can you say me?

I would say that the following aspects would give that sense of "I know already":

Mars conjunct Saturn
Moon conjunct BML
Venus conjunct chiron and pholus on the MC opposing VENUS on IC
