Topic: Help me understand our synastry & composite chart

I feel a pull-and-push love/power-play tension between my boyfriend and I. I read into astrology at a somewhat level, but it's hard for me to grasp onto the synastry and composite understanding between us. Based on the hard aspects, do you have any advices for us? (well me mostly).Yep he is very much older. By 9 years! And we have been together for a little more than 8 months Synastry

Ok. I'll give you a quick summary of my thoughts. 1. You have a lot of nice synastry aspects between you: A. His Venus trine your mars/sun conjunction. This will help make you feel lighter and more affectionate in his presence. You probably have a strong drive, no? His energy from his Venus would help to soften that in a sense. B. His mars trine your Pluto. This is a really nice, erotic connection between you. You help to bring out the deeper side of his sexuality, and he does this for you as well. C. Your sun trine his moon. This is referred to as a classic compatibility aspect. Your presence triggers his more emotional responses. D. His Saturn is unaspected based on the chart you posted. This may reflect in a resistance to commit, or voice his commitment to the relationship perhaps? However, this planet falls in your 7th house, which may offset that. Regardless, his Saturn here might stir your desire to have him fully committed to you, such as in a marriage. E. Your Venus is on his north node. He would want to open up his affections towards you. He feels cared for with this touching his north node. F. His moon widely conjuncts your north node. He wants to protect you and give you emotional security. However, in his natal, it appears he has a wide opposition with venus/uranus. He likes to exert his freedom. He likes his own space sometimes in a love relationship. It appears you are deeply involved in this relationship at an emotional level. Looking at a comparison of your natal chart to the composite, your descendant with Pluto sitting right there, is conjunct the composite moon. This should signify that the relationship resonates at a deep level with you. His natal ascendant is lining up with the composite sun. He should feel very connected to the presence of this relationship in his life. What specifically are you feeling in this relationship right now? Well, it looks like her sun is early aqua, and his moon is Libra, so that would be directly complementary. Technically, her mars is in Pisces and his Venus in Gemini, but its pretty darn close to the cancer cusp, and should pick up some of that influence. IP: Logged |

Yes, also, his mars is in Cancer and her Pluto is in Sagittarius - making the trine an out of sign one, as well.IP: Logged |

Do you live together? You have a very nice composite; an impressive pretty Butterfly. An amazing Sun/Moon DW in the synastry; and an amazing Moon Venus completing Sun/Mars and making a Jupiter Kite and an Uranus Kite; but many of the other aspects in synastry are out of sign and no aspects to Saturn, apart from the angles Wedge. However they create exact Sun Moon Saturn aspects in the composite. I rarely see this contrast. Is one of you married and the relationship a secret one?Incredibly interesting charts!
Just by looking at that pattern completion....to have the man's Moon and Venus completing the lady's Sun Mars is so beautiful!

I'm not sure that Mars Pluto trine is valid though. Yes, the synastry has Saturn issues. Which makes you wonder if the Saturn config in the composite plays as separative or restrictive rather than connective.
