Since the composite is just an "outsiders view" of a couple does Nessus has any weight?

I have begun a very NEW relationship with a boy who has Nessus opposite his moon (-3A) nataly. Which has me worried..

but in our composite....

we have Nessus square venus (-2A)

Should I start running now from this relationship?
