I think they can be felt. I would think it means that it's fairly easy for the two to be committed to each other, in a way that feels extra special. For example, let's say one person has always wanted to date their boss, and the other person has always wanted to date someone in their career field, and the two meet. So the commitment fulfills a special desire in both people, like a bonus.

This was my experience with Venus Q. Mars, as well as some other quintiles..
