I have found in lesbian relationships that Uranus may be more unifying that in a opposite sex relationship. something about Uranus energy draws women together. also there seems to be a stronger emphasis on chiron pertaining to sexual matters. but this observation may just reflect the differences in a serious relationship versus a therapeutic sexual encounter.
