Would you guys consider the following aspect - a past-life or soulmate configuration?
And how would you interpret it?

Person 1:
Venus conjunct NN in Taurus (11th)

^ in a square aspect with...

Person 2:
Venus conjunct NN in Aquarius (5th)

Both have their natal Plutos in aspect to the above.

So, VENUS-NNODE square VENUS-NNODE?

Not entirely, no. I understand how it's a skipped step for the other, but that's only providing there's a conjunction from one's VENUS-NNODE to the other's X.

IF, say, B has SUN in Taurus conjunct A's VENUS-NNODE square the other's LEO/AQU NODES, then that's a skipped step for A. So if, say, A has MARS in Aquarius conjunct B's VENUS/NNODE, square the other's TAU/SCO NODES -- that'd be a skipped step for B.

But if it's ONLY a VENUS-NNODE square VENUS-NNODE, with no 'anchor point' along the other's axis, it's merely a 'shared point square'.

This COULD show similarity of soul group, but I'd need more to determine it than this.

I'm intrigued at the possibility of B having a Huber NODES conjunction to A's NODAL axis, given that A's Taurus NNODE is in the 11H, which indicates it might be among the same degree as the Aquarius NNODE.
