Why yes? Why not?------------------ Anomaling around since 1911. IP: Logged |

According to iQ, they do. One of the things he'd mentioned (after many other things) was having the composite SUN conjunct REGULUS. REGULUS is typically 28º Leo. (It's recently ingress into Virgo, but for everyone on the planet that'd be on this site, it's going to be somewhere in 28-29º Leo.) Indeed, then, it sounds to me that signs do count -- to most. Yes, fixed stars are associated with particular signs but don't see how your example is relevant.------------------ Anomaling around since 1911. IP: Logged |

Just saying that iQ definitely considers the signs. Not just because of a connexion to a fixed star, but that may be part of it. IP: Logged |

Ok, I get it, he's your guru, but I'm more interested in your opinion. Do you think your composite signs play out?------------------ Anomaling around since 1911. IP: Logged |

Our cMoon conjuncts regulus. I wonder what IQ would think of that.

I don't think that the sign matters. Maybe it does if it conjuncts a natal planet or angle of one person, since they would probably be attracted to that sign's energy. I mainly base this on my composite with my ex. One example is that he's a Cancer Sun and I'm a Scorpio Sun, trine by 5 minutes. That puts our composite Sun in Virgo, and under no circumstances would a Cancer man + a Scorpio woman = a Virgo vibe. There's way too much emotion involved to have a Virgo energy between these signs. In another composite my Libra Moon + his Scorpio Moon result in a composite Scorpio Moon. I definitely feel a Scorpio vibe between us, but I think that has more to do with an 8* conjunction in synastry with my Sun and his Moon. Plus I have Moon conjunct Pluto in the 8th, so it probably has more to do with our natals and synastry than the composite Moon in Scorpio. IP: Logged |

I do recall that he'd said it's very positive. IP: Logged |
