Anybody have any info on Moon/Mars midpoint in synastry? Sounds so intriguing, and possibly more than the Sun/Moon midpoint. Like what would it be like if someones moon/mars midpoint aspected someone elses Mars or Venus? IP: Logged |

Would be a deeply and intensely felt connection, for sure. Don't know about 'more than' the Sun/Moon--different for sure though--maybe easier to notice/feel because not as integral..?IP: Logged |

But then, no-- Sun/Moon m/p contacts seem basically to guarantee a deeply felt connection.Moon/Mars is a primal point though, expressive of deep feelings; bringing them to the surface; touched by another's personal planets this could very well portend a very emotionally satisfying, energized and interestimg, physically intimate and loving connection... I can see why, especially in certain charts, this midpoint could be given a lot of weight. IP: Logged |

Nice interpretation! I think Sun/moon is the most powerful midpoint, but the other midpoints with the moon involved garner some attention. IP: Logged |

I was wondering about the moon/mars midpoint and couldn't find much info at all.My venus is on his moon/mars midpoint exact. My MC is on it by 1.45*.
His moon is on my moon/mars midpoint exact. I've always wondered what this would suggest. Our emotional connection is certainly primal and cathartic. He has teared up in front of me because i seem to bring out such truth in him and it's so healing - the only person he has felt comfortable being completely open with. there's such a warmth between us it's like coming home. Not sure if these conjunctions denote that? There's also a great deal of almost uncontrollable sexual attraction which is what i thought touching someone's moon/mars midpoint might also indicate. hmmmm IP: Logged |

^^Yes, this all sounds like it could definitely have to do with those conjunctions!! Beautiful  I have Moon conjunct Mars synastrically with my friend, and it's a similar vibe. Very emotive, very very intimate and lovely... cathartic, primal, healing, yes. Animal intimacy. So perhaps to suss out significance of midpoints we can look to the energy described by the conjunction and imagine something subtler, more personal (in synastry), and sensitive to being touched. Bring that 3rd party (Venus, Moon) in and see how it feels to consider then. IP: Logged |

Ah yungang that's a great way to look at them. I think it makes sense to do that. I'll have a look at the other midpoint conjunctions and see if I can gather the same from them On top of those midpoints we do also have our moons conjunct my Mars in synastry so there's even more of that energy! I think the moon/Mars midpoint definitely points to sexual attraction too then. I wonder why there's not more info on the net about these different midpoints. Annoying.

Annoying... and yet it gives us the opportunity to suss it out for ourselves, trust our intuition and investigation capabilities, and flex those astrology muscles! It certainly does help to hear information backed by numerous experiences and statistics, though. In other ways it's good to explore the aspects for ourselves. Every connection is unique and beautiful. But yeah, kind of annoying lol  Good thing for forums! We get to study ourselves and one another. IP: Logged |
