I need help reading this synastry. This is with a co-worker of mine--and I'm afraid of the DW Pluto/Mars in this--as I am starting to see power struggles between us--yet we have to work together.

There is also a mild attraction starting from my end--and he's married, and so now I am also acting as though I have my guard up.

What can you tell me about this synastry? Does he feel a power struggle or attraction? Do we have good enough aspects to be able to team up and work together well?

Well, I can certainly see the attraction on his part. Your sun is lighting him up. And his mars is very activated. Since he's married, he may not want to feel anything of that nature towards you - hence the butting of heads.

The pluto/mars DW contains a square, but the trine is closer. This really does help to soften things. And I don't think this is the full culprit to your problems. The Mars opposition between you and your sun squaring his mars is likely making more of a contribution than you realize.

I personally love pluto/mars. But to be honest, without seeing the chart (the signs and house placements of the planets) it's really hard to make an accurate assessment.

Hi VestasLight--thanks for taking a look at this.

A few questions--as I am new to reading charts--

When you say my Sun is lighting him up and activating his Mars--what do you mean? What effect am I having?

As for the chart--I didn't post it because I don't have his birth time--so will be hard to tell. I can still post if you think the birth time won't matter.

Your sun aspects many of his planets, that's what I mean by you are "lighting him up". Take some time to look up each of those aspects. They're really easy to find online. It's too much for me to give a full synastry report here, sorry.

The situation with this coworker has gotten worse. He has been combative and is trying to throw me under the bus (very clumsily I must say).

We have that Plutp/Mars DW--and now it's starting to scare me.

Can anyone see areas that go awry...and areas I could tap into that are positive? It's starting to stress me out and making me down.
