Do you need both birth times for the ascendant in a composite chart?

Ok because I did a composite chart for this guy and I and it said we had the Pluto/Ascendant but I don't know his correct birth time. I changed his birth time from 12:00pm just to see if the aspect would change and I didn't see a Pluto/Ascendsnt conjunction anymore. I have been using 12:00pm for his birth time but I do know my real birth time. What aspects are accurate without knowing one persons real birth time?

The ASC and house placements will be inaccurate, and the Moon could be off 3 degrees either way, but other than that the planet placements will be correct.
