New to the boards and I have an interesting story I'm currently going through and would love insight on two charts...

Over a New Year's event at work I met someone in my industry who I feel I might have a special connection with. I've never felt anything like this before, but the thing is we only exchanged eye contact and didn't have the opportunity to speak. As someone who doesn't believe in love at first sight and isn't necessarily sold on the whole twin flame/one true soul mate thing, these feelings have me taken by surprise, but I feel like they definitely reciprocated interest and may have felt something too.

Since meeting this person a lot of things have suddenly changed in my life and I feel like I'm going through a lot. I also feel like they have somehow given me some inner strength to push forward and hold out to hope for the best instead of giving up like I admittedly would like to these days.
I feel like we have an unspoken rapport, that after our first exchange of looks I dove deep into his subconscious emotional depths, and I came out with a strong feeling of unconditional acceptance and support for this person, someone I don't even know. (Not entirely uncommon for me to be supportive but this was...different? It's like I understood things about this person I know nothing about, just through our eye contact...) Now I'm curious to learn more about them if the future provides the opportunity.

Basically I'm going through a messy divorce and considering moving out of the country. Outside of that? Everything in my life is going exceptionally great and things at work are shifting in phenomenal directions I never thought they would...
I'm not saying this person sparked all that, it's been building up for awhile. But since meeting them, things have definitely dropped like the build up to the fall on a roller coaster...and even though there is no guarantee, I feel like I will meet this person again...

Can anyone tell me anything significant between our charts?
I'm also wondering if this could be a mutual connection with the potential to last?

I know pluto venus has a bad rep, I think I've gone through it before with an ex lover...but this time something this person was definitely just, different.

Signs I can come up with are:

Shared ascendants
Venus-square his pluto
Neptune-trine his moon
Jupiter conjunct his mars
My moon in his 8th house (not sure if this has more of an impact on me or him?)
Sun in his 12th house
Both plutos in each others 5th (his in Libra mine in Scorpio)

I'm the Person 1 in the pdf tables 06/02/1991 (7:30 AM)
He is 08/30/1983 (12:30 midnight)
My husband I am currently going through divorce with is 09/16/1987 (noon) btw.

I think the fascination for the red is something you need now to escape from the problems in your personal life, and it's OK to go with the flow of this inspiration, I think you may need this, to feel the attraction for someone else. But don't put too much hopes in this connection, take it as inspiration for now

I'm actually a little surprised because the person showed the stronger interest but among the aspects we share I'm guessing it was a focus on physical attraction. Although I was under the impression that if we did get to know each other our mars/mercury aspects and shared house placements would make for a potential connection.

Is there anything that explains the pull on my end?

I thought this explained his attraction to me:
Mars conjunct my Jupiter
His moon trine my Neptune
My venus square his Pluto (though I read Venus can be the obsessed one which is my case)
