Happy New Year More potent? Mmm.. I think it is, in a way. But it's a bit like comparing apples to oranges. If heliocentric is you from the Sun's point of view, it is you as you exist within the entire solar system. Your heliocentric-self is, in a sense, greater than your earth-self. So the synastry there is how you two fit in within the context of the solar system, not just on earth. Thinking of it like that, it could be even more potent, depending on which context you happen to place more value on at the time.
It might not be *felt* in the same way as tropical synastry, because it serves a different purpose..
This is just how I see it
That's interesting about tNeptune conjuncting your helio conjunction. I am guessing it plays a part in you waking up to your connection, but it is just a guess.

another question about helios..what if natal synastry exact conjunctions repeat themselves in helio synastry too(again exact)?
This is interesting, and I'm not sure about the technicalities of the helio, and whether or not certain conjunctions are simply the same when viewed from the Sun as when viewed from earth. For example my natal Pluto-Juno-Jupiter conjunction is still the same in helio, although they are in different degrees. In fact all the outer planets seem to be the same distances from each other as they are in my tropical chart, just different degrees. It's the personal planets that are totally different. So I think it depends on the conjunction you're talking about. They're in the same signs and degrees?
Oh and, here is an interesting read
