You have picked a difficult composite as the moon/Uranus midpoint is conjunct to the north node. This shows a very intense emotional and psychic connection between you. This aspect can give common dreams of each other or other telepathic/psychic connections. This is a aspect of great opens and awareness of each other.
With Venus forming a tsquare with the mars/moon opposition, there is a strong emotional attraction and love .this aspect give support and a strong nurturing impulse. As the moon/mars opposition is on the mc axis, there overt emotional exuberance is characteristic c of the relationship and is felt by those around you.
but the sun/mercury conjunction is square to pluto. This aspect is almost an exact opposite to the moon/Uranus/node. This shpows no real emotional/mental openness to each other. It usually shows that there ar emotional issues from childhood that have caused a deep sadness and closed the inner self to others. Then to top it off the Saturn/moon midpoint is conjunct to the Uranus/Neptune conjunction. This is extremely confusing as on one hand it gives drams and ideas for the future but on the other hand the dreams never materialize and inertia leads to disillusionment. so you find yourself devoted to impulses that you can never predict will manifest or just fade away.

Yes, he and I are no longer together and have not been since June of 2014. Our divorce was finalized this November, despite a confusing/ tumultuous reconnection this summer...

You are definitely right about the element of loving and hurting me..

I suppose I just wanted to ask because he and I shared a bond unlike anything I had experienced in this lifetime... We went through lots of extreme situations, were immediately bonded... and on top of that, we have a child together. Sometimes, I do still wonder if things could ever work between us, although I have, for the most part, moved on.
