It depends so much. Stuff in my 12th is in Libra; lots of folks from 1983 (and earlier) put their Pluto in my 12th. I can tell that's there, an undercurrent of depth is felt with these people... they're swimming deep where i can meet them sometimes because my Venus is in my 12th... so 12th overlays for me relate to my Venus strongly... my friend whose Sun is conjunct my Venus makes me feel very seen and understood and loved, just a very thorough lighting up of the whole of my being in a really sweet loving way <3 She is amazing.

I put my Jupiter/Vertex in my lover's 12th (Jupiter conjunct his Venus in the 12th, within 12 degrees of his ascendant)

I think I probably have the effect of broadening his experience of his deep unconscious, he brings it to light with me... it's a very optimistic combination. Jupiter is ruler of his 7th so it's nice that mine conjunct his Venus, ruler of my 7th and my 12th houses.
