I'm seeing this guy and I wonder if our synastry stand a chance. I felt immediate connection with him.

Hello, I ll try to give it a shot, but I m warning you I m pretty new in the astrology field, so hopefully someone more experienced will offer an interpretation!
This immediate connection you felt is explained through the IC/MC reversed axis connection and it's a really good sign.
There is also a Moon/Moon sextile which creates comfortable feelings around each other, good sync and a sense of familiarity.
His Jupiter forms a trine to your Sun, which is very good and creates a really optimistic and joyful feeling.

Lastly, his Moon is near your NN, something that creates a feeling of fatedness and, indeed, a strong connection.
