I have trouble reading synastry charts like these but it looks like Neptune squares your Venus (in natal as well). I would watch out for that one. Can mean disappointment, rose coloured glasses, or draining, escapism etc.. But... also very romantic and magical. And it goes both ways because your Neptune conjunct his Venus, I am sure very romantic. 
It can turn but it doesn't have to be. If you choose to date make sure you two are always open.Here they speak about it in a positive way. It depends on the natals as well I guess.

You have no personal planets in water except (Pluto and Chiron). He has Moon in Cancer. Will his emotional needs be met? The Sun moon combo in Leo/Aquarius even if not in orb is very potent!!
Wow, he has Mars square Sun right? And Moon opp's his Venus. Can be complicated (moon/venus hard aspect for a man) but can also have that umpf. And two biggies conjunct his Venus in Cappy; Neptune and Saturn. Separating though. Not very lighthearted either. It might be too much to deal with for you in the long run?? I dunno ... Maybe someone else more schooled can help.
And Vertex conjunct Venus! Wow! Been there done that? Came back for a reason? But time of birth is unknown so his Vertex might not even be in the neighbourhood.
North Node conjunct the Sun? !!! Karmic? Saturn square Venus. You know about that one right? A lot of married couples have that. Not light but lot's of growth opp?
On first glance your chart looks so strong and light and happy go lucky. This man's chart doesn't. Cancer Moon for a guy. I dunno. Why do you feel attracted to him? Maybe I am totally ranting. It is just me so take it with a grain of salt. I am not a professional. I do think it looks like something has to be worked out due to Saturn/NN/Vertex aspects. Definitely a meet up from the past. And, as long as you have fun and take care of yourself, stay open and honest and listen to your inner voice. I say have fun!
His Mercury makes a grand trine with your libra placements and your Mars. That's great! Merc retro in a fixed sign. Can sometimes stay silent, retreating... Is this meeting your needs for communication? Moon trine pluto is very nice as well. Deep emotional bond.
