Did you ever had or did you ever see a (real) relationship without any of the following:

1. Conjunction of angles
2. Conjunction of angles rulers to angles
3. Conjunction of angles rulers

?

I haven't yet but I am just at the beginning of my Research

You are thinking like me.

I don`t have much time to check now, I remember i once did it before, but did not keep my results of that research. But if I remember it right I did not find any lasting relationship without at least one of these (orb was 5 degrees btw, or maybe 6, and it might be that I included the opposition back then so I would have to check a new and limit it to conjunctions)

though it could be that this is the case with my parents, have to check (would be unusual though, however I do remember they have very magnetic conjunctions between 5th - 5th and 8th house rulers)

I just checked my two most important and long term relationships, and both relationships have rulers of angles conjunct the other's angles, and one also has angle on angle conjunction.

My Mom has her Venus-Mars conjunct my Dad`s ASC, however neither Venus nor Mars rule an angle for her (they ruler her 5th and 11th house).

Her DESCruler (Saturn) conjuncts his Mars, Juno and SN. Mars does not rule an angle for him though (Mars rules his 8th house).

her angle rulers are Moon-Saturn, Mercury-Neptune
his angle rulers are Mercury-Neptune, Jupiter-Mercury.

Their Neptune`s are conjunct of course (2°27), and in this case it represents a conjunction of his DESC-ruler and her MC-ruler.

So they do have a conjunction of the rulers (I consider it very valid, as even though Neptune being generational, the fact they have Neptune as an angle ruler is very specific and individual).

I think one reason for the lasting interest in Mr Sag might be our angle-action. Sort of keeps one hooked. lol

In our case this is:

My DESC-ruler conjunct his MC 3°15
my DESC-ruler conjunct his ASC-ruler 4°35
his DESC-ruler conjunct my ASC 2°22 (and my NN)
his IC-ruler conjunct my ASC 2°22
his DESC-ruler conjunct my IC-ruler 4°12
his IC-ruler conjunct my IC-ruler 4°12

(btw our ASC-rulers are exactly opposite, and so is his MC-ruler opposite my ASC-ruler).

Ceri, would you count a 7 deg conjunction between an angle and Neptune (an angle ruler)?

well I did not mention my MC-ruler conjunct his MC at 7 degrees, so what do you think?

However I was shortly considering mentioning it, so I think it might be mentionworthy, but might be weaker than a closer conjunction. If it is the only one, I donīt think it would provide enough glue to stick together.
But enough energy to generate some feeling of familiarity.

Hm. What about another planet conjunct angle + node conjunct angle?

You need to ask Enneline, it`s her research-parameters.

(personally if you ask me, Node conjunct angle or angle ruler is a biggie, personal planets, too, Venus very very often is conjunct an angle as I have seen, but probably there could be others too)

If I consider Chiron being the ruler of Virgo then I have 2 tight hits!

Btw, some call Chiron just some meaningless rock in the sky but some really DO consider it Virgo's ruler.

I have Virgo Asc.

When I look at my past romantic relationships, ALL (NO exception) had a tight conjunction to my chiron; from Venus/Jupiter(2x) to the MC and the ASC. So from my personal point of view it would definitely have some credibility whereas my Mercury which SUPPOSED to be the ruler just got some poor hits (not even a conj) in the past.

So.. shall we take Chiron as Virgo's ruler?

If I were to consider Chiron as ruler of anything, then it would be Virgo.
But actually I don`t. Maybe as mutual rulership with Mercury (mercury has always proved reliable for Virgo in the charts I have seen).

(I'm not sure about my dad's birth time)

My mom and dad have no conjunctions to their 5th and 7th house rulers and they're together for 19 years
