It's like we can't work together well, as if we can't benefit off the other's efforts.
Plus addressing matters them have unusually high undercurrent of tension. We're doing a writing calibration together.

Yes, sometimes it feels like some words I say don't get heard, so that he get's something different then what I said. Granted, they usually say what they think I said, so we can clear that up what was actually said and meant.
