My new boyfriend and I have no major nodal contact but i have past life memories about him. Could that still be like that?

We only have his Sun conjunct my NN by 3 degrees and my MC exactly square his nodal axis.

Angles conjunctions? Ruler of angels conjunctions? Main Asteroids on South Node?
Also, i do think that Sun conj node counts since the nodal axis is always about Karma

Midpoints to nodes can be meaningful too. Sun conjunct NN definitely counts! And angles square nodes is big (squares to each axis indicate something which MUST be dealt with--and the IC can definitely be interpreted in the past life realm...)

I agree with Enneline and additionally would check the 4th and 12th houses and their rulers. Esp. 12th house seems to highlight previous incarnations, while 4th house is more about the memory of a soulfamily.
