So, Leo Moons in general need to be shown affection, love, and appreciation for what they do. If a guy with Moon in Leo is really into you he will try to impress you by doing things for you. And the best way to appreciate that is to notice those things and... complement them.
"Wow, you did THAT for ME?! You're amazing, i love you!"
If you keep showing them your affection and appreciation, they will be happy and give back! Tell them constantly you love them and how great they are.

Even if they screw up you shouldn't be harsh with them if you want to keep them around, in fact you should tell them something encouraging so they can do better next time because they usually like to impress people.
"Aww, i know you couldn't score in this game even though i know you did absolutely great, because i couldn't take my eyes off you, the judge was just unfair to your team."

The best way to get rid of them is to criticise and hurt them, show no appreciation or affection. In that case they will be hurt and will withdraw from you proudly, like the King. They are said to have a long memory, so they won't forget the insult and will cut you off. They will retreat with dignity.
If you just upset them you will immediately know, there would be a dramatic reaction.

You should be able to have fun with them and keep it light, as this is Leo after all - outgoing, sociable, looking to have a good time.
Let them entertain you, because they will probably do that often.
I guess their woman should be a bit glamorous, they wouldn't mind showing her off.
