Maybe I'm delusional (I see that Chiron opp. Neptune) but I feel like me and this person share a lot of the same characteristics and yet when we try to connect it just... it fails! It is literally a forced effort on both our parts to get along and find common ground. We seem fundamentally different and I wondered why that is. Can Moon square Moon alone really cause that? The time of birth is unknown for him, I'm on the inside. He tried really hard to get to know me and instead of being flattered I found it suffocating, I all but ran away as far as I could since we work together. I was really attracted to him in the beginning but I am definitely not now and have not been for awhile. I am just curious about how this compares astrologically. Before looking at the chart I figure his Sun, Mercury, and Mars will square my Sun, Mercury, and Venus... but my Moon should sextile his Sun, Mercury, and Mars and HIS Moon should trine my Sun, Merc, Venus by sign. In addition his Venus should sextile those three as well. ^^ Hmm... his Moon and Venus making more positive aspects to my stuff by sign: would that mean he wouldn't hold as much of a grudge as I do with him because his stuff would square mine? Or would it soften that for him at least? Here's the Synastry chart: And the Composite IP: Logged |

Wow look at that nice opposition between Sun / Merc / Saturn in the synastry. Thanks karma! Why am I always attracted to the ones I have the WORST synastry with. -_-IP: Logged |

His Saturn opposes your Mars... That's an aspect often seen in attraction AND repulsion dynamics. Also, looks like he as a natal Venus/Uranus opposition (with Chiron there to boot), and it falls right on your ASC/DSC axis. Which means that he's fundamentally attracted to unstable dynamics with women (either he's on and off, or they are. Or both). Your Moon opposite his Pluto can indicate the feeling of smothering or suffocation. Pluto is usually too strong for the Moon (I had the square and it did feel quite suffocating). Also, if your Saturn/Neptune oppose his Sun/Mercury... That can turn ugly really fast. First there's this "ooh" feeling and then you gradually dislike the person more and more, because the reality of the other person sets in (and can leave you disappointed/disillusioned). His Moon (even though we don't know his TOB) is unaspected, and if it's in Virgo, doesn't seem to mesh well with any of your other placements (it'd be too far for a trine with your Taurus Moon). Even if it's in late Leo, it doesn't seem to connect with your chart, which is, I think, one of the biggest reasons you find it so hard to relate/connect to each other. IP: Logged |

Saturn / Mars can be attractive? In what way? To me Saturn would be the the wind that blows the Mars match out so I'm intrigued. Yes, I saw the Venus / Uranus. I personally think he's a "fixer" because he enjoys helping others, but even more I think he enjoys being asked. It's an ego thing. I notice he plays listener a lot with his close female friends and his girlfriend / wife apparently has a horrible mother and an unstable family life. She's also bisexual so... yeah, Venus / Uranus. With me personally he plays hot and cold and my Taurus moon trine Saturn HATES THAT. He's NITPICKY. I wouldn't be surprised if he had a Virgo moon! I didn't know it was that close, so I thought for sure Leo. I am really thinking he ENJOYS picking on me and maybe the Moon / Pluto just makes it worse. I feel like he actually hates me and wants me gone out of the job, or it's my intense feelings of disliking my lack of freedom boiling over. I get along SO much better with my new shift leader who's a Taurus Sun / Scorpio moon. He's just overall a nicer person to me. If it's my Saturn / Neptune opposing him would I be the one who dislikes him more and more? Or would Sun / Mercury also feel that way? I mean he's Cancer / Cancer so he'll probably know regardless because I'm an Aries and can't hide sh*t for sh*t. I picked up on the lack of aspects with his Moon because often times I feel he feigns empathy to mask his nosiness. Ugh. It just sucks it's playing out like this because at times there are traits about him I do like. IP: Logged |

So he's already in a relationship? What do you want from him now, if anything? Well, Mars/Saturn can be an attractive force, not sure why that is but it happens fairly often. Sometimes it creates enmity, too. Here's a thread about it: http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum24/HTML/217572.html Here's a little excerpt from an article: quote: Mars in aspect to Saturn may be one of the more complicated aspects to sort out in synastry or within a single chart. The reason is that Saturn has desires, too. He has his own agenda to carry out, and he will manipulate you to do it his way if he has to. He will seduce and desire and chase after you (or something he wants) with all the heat of an ‘inflamed Mars’ (Liz Green’s words) if he decides he needs you. You will be mesmerized and seduced, until Saturn gets what it wants and then you will be dropped like a hot potato, waking up dazed with your behind on the cold ground and no one to help you up. Did I mention he is the controller extraordinaire? Both Saturn and Mars can be bad boys…very bad boys…and when Saturn’s needs conflict with the needs and impulses of Mars, we’re asking for trouble. Both can be violent, or draw violent reaction, if necessary for their own agenda.
SourceThe pickiness is bad... (by the way, it can totally be due to his Saturn opposing your Mars... and not necessarily a Virgo Moon thing). Don't put up with that crap, Hanna. IP: Logged |

That sounds accurate! All along I kept thinking "This clearly isn't jiving, why does he keep pushing it?" but I think it was because of his Sun trine Pluto, but also the fact he was my shift leader and maybe because we had to work together. Maybe he was being pushy on purpose IDK.I don't want anything from him now, I never did (because he's a jerk but he's also been with that girl for 10 years. No way they're breaking up. But that jerk thing is more important) except to be comfortably left alone to do my thing instead of always worrying I'm going to get in trouble every shift. IP: Logged |

Ah, amidst that rant I meant to say I don't know how to not put up with it. The managers really like him and they've all worked together for 5 years whereas I've only been there 7 months. I don't feel like anyone would have my back there. It's definitely been weird because the company actually takes care of it's employees and there's lots of good benefits. Everyone there is so comfortable but I feel SO like a fish out of water.IP: Logged |

Aw. I'm sorry you have to deal with this. *hugs* to you. I hope you can be left alone and just be at peace. Don't let that guy get to you! You're a super powerful Aries, don't forget that. IP: Logged |

Thanks Doux and thank you for your help! Ironically I think me being a powerful Aries causes a lot of these power struggles. Sigh, one more wall to take down. IP: Logged |
