Semi sextile in natal chart would tend to lessen the intensity if other inharmonious aspects. I'm guessing that it would work the same way in composite.

I would say look to your sun moon to keep things from getting out of hand; work as a team and focus on what you both want and need as a combined unit. Show yourselves as a team when you relate to others.

As far as i know semi-sextiles and the inconjunct aspects are basically the same thing - 30/150 degrees apart.
It's a difficult aspect, where you find no common ground or understanding.
