I don't know the persons birth time but based on how the person acts I can tell that they have Moon square Venus in their chart. But they also have Venus sextile Saturn.

Hi. I do have that square in my NC and in my case it took me years to feel :
1. confident as a sensual woman (Venus in Libra), to fully love my body and being able to use it however I like (dancing, occupying space around me, seducing)
2. fully acceptance of my watery heart (Moon in Cancer, 4th house), of my emotions and feelings. Being able to express them but before that, to fully FEEL them.
This square required me a bit of work, but it's totally worth the result
