How does one observe, feel that their Progressed ascendent has changed signs?

Right now it feels like my Prog is in Leo. I have attracted so many Aquarian types this year - Uranus conjunct, square or opposite their natal Venus in their charts. Although there was a few double whammies with Saturn square or opposite Venus/Saturn synastry.

I have seen my creativity go through the roof in crafts and more emphasis on the arts. Going out and doing more photography stuff.
