What are multi-composites used for? Are they useful or completely useless?

If some people are in poly relationships it could be useful to see how the collective energy can/would play out. Also some people in a relationship like to use the third composite of an Event Chart and things of the short.

Mostly though I use multi composites to look at family dynamics, I find them so interesting. I use them for MOTHER-FATHER-CHILD, SIBLING-SIBLING-SIBLING, MOTHER-AUNT-GRANDMOTHER, GRANDPARENT-GRANDPARENT-PARENT etc., they're fascinating to watch play out.
