So there is this guy who just transferred to our station a few months ago and for whatever reason he's decided that we were going to be friends. Right away he started telling me very personal things about his life and immediately says "he trust me"? I find myself wondering a lot why he wants to be friends with me, we just seem very different and we even have a pretty big age gap going on. I honestly didn't like him at first at all and at times I find myself wanting nothing to do with him. Sometimes things feel very heavy between us and I dread coming into work. He stated that our "friendship" should be light and fluffy, but it doesn't feel that way at all. Also I find that he likes to start little arguments with me one being the most recent one where he got really ****** off because I wouldn't help him with something despite being assigned specifically by management to do a different task. Anyway he was so mad at me he walked off the job and clocked out and took two days off afterwards. To me I feel he has this attitude that I'm obligated to help him and I don't know where it comes from. Afterwards I usually just try and ignore him, because I don't do drama in the workplace. Then usually he'll apologize for starting crap with me and I just say whatever and continue my work. Anyway, is there anything in the charts I'm about to post that indicates why he's this way with me? For some reason I don't trust him and I feel like he has a motive for why he wants to be "friends" with me, but haven't figured it out yet. Please let me know what you guys think.
