I've checked previous threads here about Moon-Venus square, and still haven't found all the answers I needed. This thread of mine would assume you can heal patterns throught astrology, by seening them, accepting them, breaking them into pieces and turning them into a healthy thing, a personal power. Do you agree with me? Having agreed on that, how being able to break a harsh aspect between 2 planets in small pieces, trying to heal it? I ask this because I've been going through a long path of self-awareness and healing quite recently (you know, like cleaning and space clearing your apartement! ). And, personally, I feel my square needs a special care. To give you more info, my Cancer Moon in 4th house is square my Libra Venus in 6th house. And I'm getting to the point where I feel my relationship with my mother and that of my mom with my father really needs a good work on. I can little (nothing at all!) about their relationship. They need to own their part of the problem. But I really need to work out my relationship with my mother (I've even dreamt that I was mad at her and wanted to hit her!). Without further details about our story, what would you suggest to work on an aspect, especially THIS one? When a square is present on a chart, especially in my ALL FEMININE planets, where to start? Feed the Moon and the square Venus will follow/be healed? Feed the Venus and then again the Moon will follow? Trying to keep a balance between the 2?I'm totally open to your opinion and vision. Thanks! Here's my full chart IP: Logged |

Do you have any soft aspects from your moon/venus square? This moon/venus square is in your natal, no? Do you have a chart to share? ❤ IP: Logged |

You can bring them both together through expressing your Sun very consciously, as it looks as if the Sun is on the midpoint of Moon/Venus and therefore the point of integration for both energies. BTW it is a VERY nice midpoint to have. Take the energy the square generates and express them productively just by being yourself. Your Sun is in Virgo in 5th house, so focus on that! Expressing yourself creatively or finding things you REALLY enjoy, and do them in that realistic, pragmatic way Virgos are known for.

Wonderful advice! You have this great healing solution right there in your chart. IP: Logged |

Ceridwen, oh that's very nice to hear! And thank you for taking the time to "heal" me a little bit through your words. (Btw, Lucia23 is a great healer, too. I've been lucky here on Linda-G)AS you have noticed, I choose the Koch system. As a Far North born person, I have been pretty surprised to find that the PLacidus system makes few of my Houses really wide. Too wide. And after careful evaluation I decided that that Placidus House placement didn't make sense to me. But, in case we look at my Placidus Chart, the Sun 5th House would become a Sun in 6th House. I stick to the Koch System, and I'm mostly happy with this (every Synastry I've done was perfectly fitting with the Koch Sys.) but, would have you told different things about my healing Sun?

Well, it would maybe have emphasized the Virgo-portion more, and as it is now the solar expression. anyway, it`s a real problem with ALL Time based housesystems, that they fail at some northern latituded (this includes Koch). For a time I was convinced only equal system would be theoretical the right one, as it does not have the dilemma. However then some years ago I met a woman born in Northern Sweden (we later became close friends, but at the time I did not know her at all). I interpreted her birthchart with both, equal and Placidus system, being totally sure she would pick equal (I mean she hsa ASC on 15 Cancer and IC on 14 Leo - you can imagine how her houses look!), yet she without a doubt picked the interpretation done with Placidus as the best. The other was not wrong, but the one I did with Placidus had some things in it I could never have known, and she had not told anyone before about them. So for me it is no question that placidus works even in these regions, provided the MC does not fall together with the ASC at least, which can happen, as you know.

Actually I am using topocentric (polich/page) which is almost the same as Placidus at my latitude. http://www.astrowisdom.net/articles/in-search-of-best-house-system.php But if you get along best with Koch, keep using it (though we probably will not be talking about houses anymore than, as I don`t trust this housesystem a little bit. But that is just my experience, and if yours is different, then keep on using it)

Hi again. I was born in Northern Sweden too And I did compare interpretation of my natal planet-houses with both Placidus and Equal. Few details didn't make sense to me (especially stuff related to my dad and his relationship with my household). So one day I tried Koch and everything seemed to fall in place. Since then I tend to stick to Koch even if when doing synastries I am not sure whether to "impose" to my partner my House System or not Another little question for you. In a practical way (Virgo writing here ) how would you suggest me to balance those 2 lovely planets (I love them both, actually. My tender Moon and my refined and feminine Venus). Would be my job (architect, more precisely interior designer for kid's room - 4th house and 5th/6th house - Moon and Venus)(a job I love but that I haven't allowed myself to FULLY develop quite lately) a good way to heal and balance this square?

Definitely. With Sun conjunct Moon/Venus you have a lot of love and caring to give. IP: Logged |

That's amazing to hear. And I knew I had this "power" within myself. But as you can imagine now from my chart, my Moon-Venus square acted in a way that the idea of becoming a mother was a bit frightening for me for a while, because of the not integrated energies of the 2 planets. In a way I knew I was born to be a mother and to take care of kids and pets, but in another way I sort of refused to take such a resposability so far (fear, just fear). And then I tried and I had my first (unborn) child. And now I'd really LOVE to be a mother of a (second) child. Hope that my chart can confirm that I can actually become a mother...(but natal chart is just a possibility, not a certainty...)IP: Logged |
