I'm currently attracted to a guy who is Not my type! I mean physically he's handsome, but the way he carries himself, speaks, acts is not what I generally find appealing at all.. and yet, I'm very attracted to him!
Also he's a few years younger than me, (still an adult of course) before him I've always had a thing for older guys who are mature, well manner, and responsible. But the way this Leo guy acts is immature, sloppy, careless, and critical... I will say though he is very intelligent.

At first glance you can see we have a lot of squares! Also, his Sun, Mercury, Venus are in my 6H...maybe this makes me feel some responsibility towards him(?)
When looking at our Synastry right away I feel like this is something that would only turn ugly if any kind of relationship were to take place. However, I would still like to get others perspective if there is something more to this connection than meets the eye.

(his Birth time is Unknown)

To me this seems typical for square dominant synastry - where you're hot for each other but you're also going "huh?". Kind of like "opposites attract" but you're not directly opposites, you're just different.

With the exception of his Mars squaring something of yours (I can't tell which one it is from the bundle) the hard aspects are mostly between personal planets which means just what you described - you're not each other's general type (Mars/Venus), your styles are different (Sun/Venus), you perceive things differently (Sun/Sun; Moon/Moon) etc. but still find each other fascinating and can't help but be attracted.

The thing about hard aspects between personal planets is that they're kind of...."petty" I would say. They don't really bother and disturb you on a deep soul level like with the outer planets. It's more about problems from different personalities and tastes that with a dose of compromise and patience from both people can work out and not ruffle feathers too much.

However I have a hunch you're "feeling" all of this through your Sun/Mars/Pluto conjunction (in Scorpio and 8H no less) mainly which changes things... That's a very powerful combination that makes for a difficult complex person (not saying this in a bad way). So those squares that in a regular situation would be minor annoyances became much more intense with deeper psychological consequences. The positive to this is that (at least on paper) you would have more power in the conflicts that would arise from this configuration so the ball is in your court (or more accurately you're serving the ball).

That Mars squaring your Uranus/Neptune (I presume, I can't see it very well) is what worries me mostly. Those aspects have a nasty habit of stirring up fire that burns just long enough for a person to make bad decisions before fizzling out.

Otherwise I don't think it's a bad synastry, on the contrary I think it's both spicy and stable - Sun/Venus - Mars/Pluto hotness, Venus/Moon gentleness, Saturn stability, Mercury - outer planet wisdom . If you could keep your multiple Scorpio conjunction in balance and both of you exercise patience and compromise you could work around the problematic nature of the Leo/Scorpio clash.

The Moon/Moon & Mercury/Mercury squares might be irritating but they're not something extremely lethal. It's only that Libra Mars square something that really bothers me...

Also very important note - how a synastry plays out depends greatly on the two people involved and what goes on in their own chart. That's why I put such an emphasis on your multiple Scorpio conjunction.

I did just a quick overview and didn't pay much attention to the patterns in your charts. Depending on what goes on in his natal he could experience the syanstry differently - it could draw him in, it could repulse him, it could scare him etc.

Spend some time analyzing his chart by itself and try to figure out what his "issues" are. Then do the same for yourself. That way you can get the idea of what both you would feel from this synastry and how you would potentially act in a relationship.

Thank you Meyray!
Agreed, I'm not a fan of his Mars squaring my Neptune 2d. Luckily, my Uranus/NN is 6d away from his Mars so it's not as effective.

Interesting, I never looked at it that way but it would make sense as to why I've never been in a relationship because my sun/mars/pluto goes in way too deep. Unfortunately, it's usually an all or nothing senario that either scares me or the guy away. One thing is for sure... I could never be able to have a casual fling

The weirdest thing I've noticed with guys that I'm attracted to is that like me, they have their Sun aspect Pluto. His Leo Sun squares his Pluto 2d, and his Leo Venus also squares Pluto 3d.
Another example is the first guy I fell in love with for 5 years had Scorpio Sun conjunct Pluto, and squared his Mars (very similar to mine). We were never in a relationship but of course there was a lot death and transformation involved.

Looking at my chart, I guess it's pretty obvious that those are the kind of connections I'm meant to have. I mean, not to complain it has helped me evolved a lot. It just would be nice to truly have someone I can call a partner/companion.

I like the way you mentioned the squares, I guess the better term would be fascinated. At the same time, a part of me still feels like getting involved with a guy like him would be wrong but the other side longs for passionate connections. That feeling is definitely there with him which I believe triggers all my Scorpio obsessions of not wanting to give up.

Thanks again meyray for your insight on our Synastry. I will look more into it!

Damnnnnn moonrise he's ******* hoooootttt he's a hottie I can tell sun conjunct Venus in Leo! Whoa! Congratulations finding yourself a man with this aspect you must be very attractive yourself to get a man like this

Well let me tell you something I understand exactly how you feel I've been in your position before and trust me the man I had attraction for and were exactly my type but I was also repulsed disgusted at the same time because I had that "huh?? Your so immature..."

Why? Same thing we had bunch of squares in synastry and quincunx!! Lots of that, the QUINCUNX can really bring an odd attraction but can't seem to know where it's coming from, yods too 3 of them with him.

I would agree with the others that posted above me 100% but will look more into your synastry just wish you had the TOB.

Hi angel
Oh no, I don't deserve credit for simply knowing this guy. I'm not sure if he's attracted to me or not, all I know is I'm attracted to him.
I'm just a Pisces Moon/ASC girl, most ppl think I look cute and innocent rather than hot and attractive lol

So happy to know someone that can relate, yes it's quite frustrating to say the least.

Thank you!
