Sun - 22°34'35" N
Venus - 23°16'20" N

Moon - 22° 0'44" S
Mercury - 22° 1' 3" S

Are parallels relevant in composite charts?

Yes, these would both be considered parallel. Inner planet orbs are within about 1 degree. Declination midpoints would presumably be significant. But how to interpret? If a 3rd planet falls at the declination midpoint, that could give a clue to meaning (similar to midpoint trees in longitude).

Are parallel conjunctions? Like would I read this as Sun conjunct Venus and Moon conjunct Mercury?
