What exactly is Lilith and its significance? Apparently it's really only significant for women, but I don't know if that's true.

Like, what would a woman's Lilith conjunct a man's Venus mean?

Lilith is the woman scorned. Feisty, fiery femme fatale. I know because I have a triple conjunction lilith-sun-pluto.
The theme of my love life is that I keep getting left for a "nicer girl". A plainer, less attractive, homelier woman, even though, (or maybe because) I am sexier and more independent and way more fun and spontaneous. Most men cannot really handle that. After they sow their oats, most just want a maid type that they can rely on.

Thats why Lilith is mad. She was betrayed by Man and she let the hatred consume her and turn her into a demon.
