I don't see this being very fulfilling for you long-term. Too many holes (unaspected planets) for both of you. It may feel compelling at the onset with the "fated" markers (Node, Vertex etc.) and the planetary overlays are nice for attraction (assuming the birth times are correct), but there are missing pieces to the puzzle. The Uranus square to your Venus and opposition to your Mars definitely creates some buzz, but the overall synastry has to be strong to weather the ups and downs these aspects can cause (especially the Venus/Uranus square).

a few pieces of advice:

in composite you have chiron opposite saturn which can make this relationship too limiting and painful for the both of you.

your moon is too far away from him, and he will almost never be able to care for your emotional needs. it could work if your moon were in libra or his in aquarius.

lots of planets in the 8th composite house, especially the sun and the moon, can point to a "secret"-themed relationship with constant fears of being cheated on which may or may not turn into reality.

you have a natal t square between mars, venus and saturn plus saturn in the 5th house. sex and fun for you is often presented with obstacles and that may be why you attract saturnian types (he is saturn conjunct ascendant).

you have natal moon square neptune, so beware of feelings that may seem like love but actually aren't.
also women with mars square venus usually attract jerks (my best friend is like this).

he is much older than you and is a taurus sun with scorpio ascendant which makes him need to be in public all the time (sun opposite ascendant). many scorpio ascendants have mc in leo which may turn them into power hungry people, so maybe that is why he is attracted to your powerful leo. he has saturn in scorpio and may have started having sex very late, that may be why he looks for younger women. your sun is 3 signs away from his AS, and this is an aspect that usually exist between child and parent so that the child (asc) would feel a slight sense of fear toward parent (sun). I am not sure if it is a good aspect to have between lovers though as it may make the AS person hold a lot back. he has sun square moon too and may have a really bad temper. plus he is scorpio asc and you are libra asc, and you will look at the world very differently.

overall watch out and try to get him talk about his life goals as well as his past, before getting into something serious with him.
