for me personally, extreme emotions a person may evoke inside me, often soon turn into sexual feelings. so I may be biased as I have never been able to distinguish between emotions and sex the way I know some are able to do.
But I would add these aspects as bringing about "affections" or "attachments":
- sun square and opposing moon too
- sun/moon conjunct the other's DC
- venus/moon/ aspects
- venus/sun aspects
- sun/moon/venus conjunct the other's MC
- and last but not the least, neptune aspects. neptune brings about the purest, saddest and most romantic feelings, where someone is ready to sacrifice their lives for the sake of the other: neptune aspects to sun, moon and venus.
P.S
pluto connections always bring about a sense of the other constantly watching your every move and breathing down your neck. it sure leads to intensity in the relationship and some degree of obsessiveness, but I personally don't find pluto connections emotional or affectionate.
