Topic: Differences between Sun-Venus aspects in synastry

I've heard so much about this connection in Synastry, but mainly about the square and conjunction or if the opposition and trine are discussed, they're joined together with the other aspects.What are some apparent differences with these aspects? What's the difference between Sun conjunct Venus and Sun opposite Venus? (Besides the obvious difference in energy) Any experiences with Sun-Venus would be helpful. There's not much on each aspect individually and if there is, it sort of ties in with the conjunction. IP: Logged |

Sun, source of all local life, represents external essence of being. Venus correlates most closely with corporal life force directed: ease and physical love. Sun Venus interaspects signify harmony, contentment, comfort together.Conjunction is most powerful and unifies, opposition is second in power and separately distinct, trine is third strongest with most resonant flow, square is fourth and dynamic challenge, sextile is fifth and resonant--with half the power of trine. My strongest Sun--Venus synastry aspect with beloved first wife is opposition: her Sag Sun oppose my Gemini Venus. We were naturally sexualoving, comfortable and prosperous together for 7 glorious years. Totally trusting and accepting of physical separation. A few times she traveled long distance, while I remained local. Many times we journeyed together, enjoying our travels. quote:
