Dear All: i want to discuss the synastry and composite of this couple since they had a VERY & HIGHLY unusual marriage
Philippe I, Duke of Orleans. (21 September 1640 – 9 June 1701), was the younger brother of the famed Louis XIV, the Sun King.
Afraid that he would betray and fight his older brother, his education had one single goal only: making him gay. Really. He was dressed and educated like a girl and anything boyish had been deleted intentionally by his mother, Anne of Austria and Cardinal Mazarin. Seriously, his mother Queen of Austria called him "his little girl" and encouraged him to wear dresses.
Whatever. Anne of Austria & Cardinal Mazarin reached their goal: Philippe became gay. He supposedly was not gay only but transexual. He allegedly would often wear women's clothes when attending festivals.
here is his natal:
he was married to
Henrietta of England (16 June 1644 [26 June n.s.] – 30 June 1670), daughter of King Charles of England.
her natal:
They union was unhappy. He was gay and jealous of her lover (some say he was her admirer only) Comte de Guiche, one of the most handsome men at court (by all accounts), who allegedly had been also his lover at one earlier point of time.
Henrietta despised Philippe due to his feminine appearance and behaviour. She hated his minions and compagnions, and asked the Sun King to banish Philippe's favorite from court and the Sun King gave in. So Philippe lost his big love....
Nonetheless, Philippe impregnanted her 7 times within 7 years.
Also, by many accounts, the couple would fight, scream and fight and indulge themselves in scenes of jealousy on an almost daily basis. It is said that they even used physical violence apart from verbal abuse.
In 1670 Henrietta felt a pain in her stomach (she had faced health problems for quite some time), requested some medical drink and like 5 minutes after she had consummed the medicine, she screamed "i have been poisoned!!! I am dying!" and she died a couple of hours later.
Philippe & his favourtes were rumoured by many to be accomplices in poisoning Henrietta. Philippe knew that his favourite would never ever be allowed to return to court while she was alive
However, some rumours accused notorious poisoners of having murdered Henriette since some lovers of them had fallen for her.
When Philippe remarried a few years later, he would get along well with his 2nd unattractive wife. Many accounts claimed that Philippe had been dreadfully jealous of Henrietta's beauty, popluarity and admirers- his motives were not jealousy though but envy. He wanted to be a woman like her, they said.
Having said that, where are the marks for
1. jealousy,
2. physical violence,
3. verbal abuse,
4. remarkable reporductiveness,
5. complicated sexuality,
6. hatred and murder
