Omg, this is exactly what I was recently going through about some guy. Maybe there are similarities in the synastry/composite that I can point out(?) I'm no astrologer but I'll try to come back to see these charts in more detail n tell you what I see.

Meanwhile, here's a bump for the smart folks like Yun & Ceri to pitch in please.

ETA: Off the top of my head, you have a Mars-Moon quincunx. Male mars hard aspects to female moon can make moon feel like a piece of meat, even though mars may not intend it that way, so moon wants mars to take it slow . His mars was square my moon. (Although quincunx is not a hard aspect, it is an aspect of being out-of-sync in some way. I imagine a quincunx would be like: his physical energies make your emotional energies go "huh?")

back to your analysis..

first, how you make each other feel (synastry):

he has sun and venus in your 5th, there is a big possibility here that you have already developed romantic feelings for him...

the attraction is real: with your sun conjunct his AC...he feels like competing with you, but also you give him confidence...you both activate the other's sun/moon midpoint (him with his sun opposite your point, and you with your mars and your moon squaring his)...he's got Aqua moon which is ruled by uranus, and your uranus is in his 7th, he feels like maybe he has met his soulmate!...he has his north node in your 7th, and you feel like you can guide him and give him a sense of direction in his life...you both have moon in the 10th, so there's a sense of similarity and understanding between you...with his juno conjunct your moon, talk of marriage can happen pretty soon, but whether they will actually go through it depends on other factors...his jupiter is in your 10th, and this a great aspect for a teacher-student relationship, or anybody who helps your career...it is also conjunct your moon, and it is a REALLY good aspect for friendship or to have someone as your role model and some one you can look up too...you have moon in his 11th, again a very good aspect here giving him the impression of having found "the one", because his moon is in aquarius...he sees you as a very dedicated friend...with his moon in your 9th, you're eager to look up to him and use his wisdom and exchange ideas with him...

the overall "romantic" compatibility I have to say is pretty low...there are a few important inconjunctions which denote complete differences and an impulse to find out what the other is about, but once the relationship is past the initial stages, the two realize that they hardly find the other "pleasant", as there is also unaspected personal planets between you too which makes each feel like "something is missing"...there isn't also enough respective aspects between each of their female/male planets (for instance, you have sun conjunct mercury, but neither his venus nor his moon make aspects to his mercury..his moon is trine pluto, a rather very important aspect he looks for in a woman, but neither your sun nor your mars aspect your pluto)...his moon aspects none of your planets, and this shows the great emotional void he feels in his interactions with you..your chiron is on his AC, and there is chance that you consider the way he dresses/looks/behaves to be wrong and want to criticize or "fix" him...your saturn in his 5th, especially conjunct his venus, is a pretty hard aspect to have...it possibly blocks out all emotions, and must be really hard for him, as venus rules both his sun and his AC sign...his neptune squaring your moon, is one of the hardest aspects...they both feel a great deal of selfless, dreamy, movie love, but this aspect is bound to make their daily life very unsettled and "foggy"...there seems to be no way to achieve clarity when it comes to making decisions...the moon person always is afraid of losing the neptune, and neptune person sometimes gets overwhelmed with expectations...moon person feels like they can never trust the neptune person...

*** what you said about the sexual tension between you too, and that you feel like he wants to have sex with you, I strongly think that is your lilith conjunct his sun...I know because I have experienced this aspect 5 times! (3 conjunction and 2 oppositions)...it somehow keeps happening in my life because of my natal t-square between lilith, moon and venus, with moon at the apex...only recently and thanks to astrology I have been able to figure out what this is that I feel, when I meet a man whose sun touches my lilith, that I feel like bringing him to his knees, using him and then leaving him! sounds horrible I know but I also liked it!..this aspect is on my list of the things I need to work on to change and control at least a bit the patterns in my life and relationships...back to you and your lilith conjunct his sun...he sure feels scared of you, but sexy scared! it is as if deep down he wants to be used by you too!...this aspect is very raw, animalic and primal...

This is so freaky accurate! He is in a position to really help my career! I've been a little nervous because I don't want the attraction to ruin the potential work that can come from him.

Also- I do feel that this would be a three month sexcapade, and that's it....so your interp sounds VERY accurate!!!

with jupiter on the AC, you feel really great about being with the other person, they make you feel good about yourself and you make them feel confident too...with moon in the 10th, the couple seem like a rather emotional and fluffy one! and it fits since you both already seem like such a person with both your moons in your 10th...with moon opposite saturn, there can be problems in fertility...the female may not wish to have children with that particular male (may not see him as the father of her possible future children)

with jupiter in the 1st, opposing neptune in the 7th, there seems to be an ever present sense of guilt, where the two feel like they should sacrifice themselves and dedicate themselves totally to the other person, or thing will break up...

the sun is in the 3rd...not a very sigficant or romantic position (I have seen that the happiest couples have composite sun in the angular house, especially the 7th) and doesn't make: first enough aspect (makes only a sextile to mars) and then makes no aspect to the moon or venus..the male may be very passive or "neutral"..

saturn in the 4th can make the family life feel like a burden, and venus there too loosely conjunct saturn can do very little to brighten up the spirit..

mars squares neptune...to be honest, the only way I have seen it play out has been in relationships with abusive males...becaue this aspect is bound to make the person turning his back to compassion...looking at his chart, he does have hard jupiter aspects, and hard jupiter aspects can make people really heartless unless they are spiritually mature and enlightened...
