Hi, so I have noticed that I have Pluto conjunct Moon with several people I work with, but nothing ever really happens.

Like there is a guy at work and we have an exact, but we kind of avoid each other. I thought he would be drawn to me?

Same with a few Pluto Venus synastry with a few coworkers..

I don't get it?

The avoidance can absolutely be a way to deal with the intensity. If exact, that can overwhelm easily, if given no outlet, and in the context of an otherwise professional or platonic relationship.

You must be moon then? Are they all in the same generation?

Maybe it's house activation, and not hitting them the same. I have an exact Pluto Venus with someone, and there is no attraction whatsoever. But, it's my venus, and my venus is my 10th. He is a major player in my career path, so it's manifesting professionally, not romantically.

What's the rest of the synastry look like?
My opinion is that no single aspect is going to have so much power so that it is irresistible.
I mean, what if you had moon/pluto and Saturn square Venus? How would you call that one?

My point is not to say that it means nothing but that the whole synastry should be considered.

This 100 times over (nods head)

Years ago I had a moon/pluto exact and Venus/pluto exact with a guy at work. It was too intense that we couldn't even look at each other, if I tried to talk to him, he would shake, and then he would make me nervous! LOL
I think the attraction /fireworks were super strong, but I also feel it creeped us both out like "why am I reacting to him/her this way"? It DEFINITELY made me feel crazy!! Yet sometimes I wanted to rip his clothes off, other times punch him for acting so immature!
I think maturity has a LOT to do with these aspects as well

I currently am "Friends" with a man and we share Moon conjunct Pluto (he's the moon)
And Venus square pluto (me venus)
And the connection is beautiful.

We also have other nice aspects , sex and friendship ones, so this may be the difference, But yes, I agree. You need to look at the synastry as a whole. Not any one isolated aspect.
