In my case coincidentally it DID (for both definitely).
It was the most memorable experience of my erotic life with this guy. And for him likewise but erotic heights only do no truly bind people unfortunately.
We already had a SN/NN conjunction in our synastry. And transiting NN was conjunct MY NN and conjunct HIS South Node.

Our syna Venus/Mars opposition was conjunct these nodes.
