Well, I do see their point. I would think it may work in both ways? Could it not?

There are certain quirks,traits and idiosyncrasies that we notice in others and are instinctively drawn to.

This is not limited to a "one way" interaction.But one that is likely reciprocated by others simultaneously and hap hazardly

Scorpio Suns usually like me because I appear like I am not 'all over the place' and 'deep'. So they will be drawn to my Venus in Scorpio also based on the type of clothes I wear, the taste I have in movies/ books/hobbies etc.They may feel a "kinship".

I also am more drawn to people with dark features and hair. I find people who are sexually uninhibited very appealing. These could usually be 8th house Suns, Scorpio Suns or Pluto/Sun types(but not limited to them)

I am quick to "recognize" a Venus in Sag placement by their need to do things unceremoniously. Their "gung-ho" approach makes me laugh at times. And if its a close conjunction to my Sun, there is usually similarities in choices of hobbies and things we like.

Likewise I had a Venus in Sag (conjunct my Sun)approach me years back(we are very good friend now) and say "Hi. You don't know who I am. But I would like to introduce myself to you as I think you are a cool guy and I have a feeling that we will be great mates"

Luckily I got to experience this again when I recently met someone with whom I shared a "double whammy" i.e They had Pisces Sun trine my Venus in Scorpio.And I had Sag Sun trine their Venus in Taurus.

There are other ways that play in of-course. But I think my point is that,at no point could I sort out whom was watching whom "more" or whom was attracted to whom "most" etc.

All I could feel was this "ease" between us. Like we were familiar and everything just flowed.So I had to get their birth details because I am always on the lookout for such things.

What i realized is that it goes both ways but each planet plays different roles for instance im "physically" attracted to scorpio venus's looks,style,choice in music and literally everything "venusian" BUT im attracted to sagittarius suns "personality" if i had to average out my "initial" attractions to either scorp venus or sag sun it would be about 70% scorp 30% sag but i feel like i need to date a sag sun they will fit me long run but instead i always end up with scorp venus or taurus Venus i love how they look i dont know what it is but scorp venus's conjunct my sun are so sexy haha ESP taurus venus's opposite my sun i love those 2 venus's sexually i can keep up with them BUT there smothering ways drive me NUTS i need my own space and time to myself hence why i love sag sun personalities
