Thanks. I feel that would be a lot of challenges even on the friendship level. What kind of challenges? And how does she feel about her nn conjunct my asc? And why she act hot and cold and seem to have a hard time trusting me?

If you are blue and she is red, your Saturn square her Venus-Pluto could be the reason she acts this way.

Without meaning to, you may give her the impression that you disapprove of her, or that she could never quite measure up to your hopes and expectations.

Besides that, it's clear there is compatibility here. I like the sun-moon conjunction over the Scorpio-Sag cusp; sun trine sun by sign; sun trine moon by sign; sun conjunct NN; Mars trine Mars.
