I'm just going to give an example:

Let's say you have a Moon in Sagittarius at like 27°. Since it's so close to 30°, would your Moon sign start to encompass some of the next sign's (in this case it would be Capricorn) qualities, since your Moon is getting closer to the sign?

I have a Gemini Moon at 28° and I don't feel like my Moon has any similarities with Moon in Cancer.
