Question: if A has their Moon in their 8th House and their Sun in their 9th House and B has their Sun in their 8th House and their Moon in their 9th House, would that house affinity be like a connection between those Lights i.e., Sun/Moon and Moon/Sun?I think the lingering energy of the Scorpio/Sagittarius rulers of those Mundane Houses, regardless the natal, would add something to whatever other synastric planetary interplay is already at work. Thoughts?

I can try to post the charts, if you like. But the question was geared more toward house affinity in general. 🙃I'm the inside wheel, they're the outside wheel. IP: Logged |

Okkk. Correct me if I'm wrong because this is too weird.Your Moon in Taurus in 9H. Dispositor of Moon - Venus - in that same 9H His Sun in Libra in 9H. Dispositor of Sun - again Venus - and again in 9H, right? What a coincidence! But don't ask me what it means )) I'm not sure. Maybe you do IP: Logged |

Both my Venus-ruled Moon and Mars-ruled Venus are in my 9th. Their Venus-ruled Sun is in their 9th, but their Scorpio-ruled Venus (conjunct Pluto and Mercury) is in their 10th.Hadn't thought of it, but you might be onto an interesting point. 👍 IP: Logged |

lol I think there's more both your Venuses ruler your 10H. I think you guys must be similar in some ways. Maybe something similar to when people have the same Asc/house cusps. Look into Venus in your synastry deeper. I'm just not good with spotting aspects from charts, always use Astro.com aspect grids for thatIP: Logged |

Off the top of my head (major aspects) my Venus/Saturn is opposite their Sun and conjunct their Jupiter. Their Venus is semisextile my Mars, but sits at the midpoint between our Mars which are sextile. I think their Venus also sextile my Juno and trines my Mercury. And right now, their pVenus is conjunct my pMars with their pMars in an applying opposition (less than 1 degree) my pVenus. Interesting times. IP: Logged |

Generally speaking, though, if two people were to have their Suns and Moons share the same house in their natal charts, could that similar energy be part of the glue that helps hold the rest of whatever synastry they have together? IP: Logged |
