hi AnastatsiyaEnchanted12th house stelliums usually show relationships that are hidden or secret. often there are other people involved such as ex's that still affect the people involved.12th house can show that there are conditions not related to the relationship that strongly affect the relationship so some times 12th house relationship are not under ones control.
the venus/Uranus/Jupiter conjunction shows there is a immediate attraction and very supportive and optimistic feelings. Jupiter with urnaus can give a sense that a steady relationship may occur very soon but with the mars/moon/satrun sterllium there is an opposite vibration. this stellium can show a very devoted attraction but also hesitation. pluto sextile to this stellium is somewhat favorable because it shows the supportive and nurturing feeling to be very real and steady.
the mars/venus midpoint is conjunct to Neptune which again shows a emotional affinity but this can also show a social or superficial attraction. Neptune can indicate that you met in a social situation and neither may have been looking for a steady hookup.
Neptune tends to weaken emotional devotions so it is very hard to tell how this would go... on one hand moon/Saturn shows devotion but the strong Neptune implies playing around.
the Saturn/Jupiter midpoint is conjunct to Neptune and the mars/venus midpoint and the venus/ Saturn midpoint which again can be read in two ways. one would be to strengthen the potential of a steady relationship bu the other view would again suggest Neptune will weaken the impulse for fidelity.
I don't think this will go anywhewre in the near future because the transiting node is square to the composite sun and the mercury/pluto midpoint is conjunct to the sun.
the node will square the mercury/pluto midpoint in april so until then it is unlikely there will be any openness or true feelings expressed.
12th house is a very difficult position for relationships to develop under.
