I mean, when you see the person from the side, their upper back seems to be sticking outward a little bit more, giving off a slightly hunched over look.

Is there an Ascendent sign where this kind of characteristic may be prominent?

Saturn rules the bones, and Leo the spine. Difficulties in those two may be prevalent.
