Is there a difference? I've read in some places when the degree is borderline 30°, (like 28°-30°) then the influence of that sign decreases slightly, and it might be slightly blended with traits of the following sign, and in this example, Venus in Virgo, the person would start showing maybe SOME qualities of Venus in Libra. But when your natal planet is right smack in the middle at 15°, then you will TRULY embody that planet/sign combination, like you will tend to show the most typical and widely known characteristics of that planet/sign combination and the influence will be at its strongest. Mohini, I believe so. I've read that this can apply within 3 degrees orb (before and after). Also consider aspects that become exact in next sign. For example, Libra 1 Moon conjunct the late Virgo Venus. quote:
