Apparently it happens so, that at my workplace, my boss hired another person, who is born only a few days apart from me... of all the people in the world, trying to get this position, they chose someone who has the exactly same chart as myself... I just really think it is strange, and apparently me and my co-worker, must radiate some of the same qualities, which our boss seems to like.

But the thing is... our synastry with our boss is absolutely terrifying. We got all the worst aspect in the world LOL

For an example: We both got saturn square mars/venus very tight, and mars square uranus/saturn very tight with our boss. And we also got sun opposite pluto really tight and mars opposite mars. This to me, is like the ultimate worst synastry you can have. You get restrictions, odd and aggressive outbursts, unpredictability, coldness, irritation and destructive dramatic behavior - all at once.

To me it just seems so very odd that our boss wanted to hire us with these awful synastry aspects all very tight.

There is thankfully also some great aspects, such as sun trine saturn/neptune and mercury seems to be only nicely aspected. I personally also enjoy that we got mercury sextile jupiter for some good times... but then again, both of us probably also got his moon square our saturns...
