1. Moon Square Saturn
The Saturn person may put too much pressure on the Moon person. The Saturn person may want to “coach” the Moon person to attempt to “improve” the Moon person. The Moon person, likely, will not appreciate it. If there was a trine, the Moon person may appreciate the coaching. However, the square may make the “help” feel like an unbearable burden and an impossible goal.

2. Moon Oppose Saturn
The Saturn person wants to help/coach the Moon person. Again, the Moon person, likely, does not appreciate the help. If he does, the “help” may get burdensome over time. The Moon person may rebel. The Saturn person may feel unwanted.

3. Venus Square Saturn
The Saturn person may try to control the tastes of the Venus person. The Saturn person may tell the Venus person how to dress and how to “handle herself” in social situations. The Venus person will, likely, feel very criticized and may pull away. The Saturn person may feel unappreciated.

4.Venus Oppose Saturn

The Saturn person may try to control the Venus person, in the same manner as the square. The Venus person may pull away because it may feel impossible to please the Saturn person.

5. Saturn Conjunct the Ascendant
The Saturn person may be too demanding of the Ascendant person to “shape up”. The Saturn person may not like the clothes, mannerisms or daily activities of the Ascendant person. The Ascendant person may pull away or strike back in anger.

6. Saturn Conjunct the MC
The Saturn person may push the MC person to achieve in his career. The MC person may feel overly burdened by the Saturn person’s “advice”. The MC person may pull away and/or get angry at the Saturn person.

7. Saturn Conjunct the IC
The IC is a very vulnerable part of the chart. It is similar to the Moon in this way. The Saturn person may push the IC person to mature. The IC person will, likely, feel overly burdened by this and either retreat or rebel.

8. Chiron Conjunct the North Node
In this case, the Chiron person, likely, brings pure pain to the North Node person. Consequently, life may have a theme of constant pain.

9. Chiron Conjunct the Moon
This aspect may start out as a very warm and bonding aspect. However, the level of vulnerability seems to become so great that it seems to repel one of the people. The other person may attempt to restore the relationship. However, usually, this will not succeed and the relationship seems to end in an abrupt way.

10 Nessus Conjunct the North Node
Nessus is abuse. That which conjuncts the North Node becomes a life theme for the couple. Hence, the Nessus person will, likely, bring abuse to the relationship, making it an abusive relationship, in some way. The abuse may be emotional and/or physical.

According to one astrologer, #4 Venus opp Saturn is actually a rare aspect that can be positive. I have a wide opposition with someone I'm interested in, and we have the trine in the composite.

Be wary of this, I had this with someone before and seen it a few times in others charts. It is known as the heartbreak aspect, although the guy I had it with did not break my heart and actually is a good friend. There are things that have always kept us from getting things off the ground. I have seen that with a lot of other relations with this aspect as well.

Really? I don't think this would be the case with us...she said it was quite rare to see in couples, and to check the composite to see how the aspect would play out. When I told her we have the trine she said it is a great blending of energies. We almost have a Star of David in the composite.

We have an 8 degree opposition - if you count the minutes it's just out of aspect. I would have this aspect with anyone a year or two younger than him because I'm the Venus and Saturn moves slowly...I don't have this aspect with the guy that broke my heart the most (and no one can ever break it more than him).

What aspect did Venus and Saturn make in your composite with him? Are you the Venus in synastry? What other aspects might have caused your relationship to not get off the ground?

I am not sure about the composite and although I didn't consider it a heartbreak more as it was painful to never be able to have anything further than what we could have kind of thing. We had a really great psychic connection, never argued, spent lots of time together. I enjoyed our time, just talking about whatever in life and we had a lot of things in common. We always had little adventures and he was just as much as a thrill seeker I as I am. I laugh at the things we did that if we got caught doing, it would have landed us in the news I am sure. He and I talked all the time and he was very encouraging , confidence building. Anyway, due to other things he had going on in his life, things just didn't \couldn't work out. We still are really good friends to today and I enjoy my talks with him. I really can tell him anything and he can do the same with me. Just something that can never be and I am ok with that. Doesn't hurt just more of an understanding.
